no, a forum is made stupid by its content and purpose, and the people that post in it, affect the state of the community, not the actual forum

sorry, the information I got was old, and was "presumption", now looking around I find it is exclusive to 360.

the community is the forum, without the community you do not have a forum, you have a used up url. And the content and purpose is the actual forum. So the forum is the community. Therefore, the people, being the community, bring about the stupidity of the forums

Indeed, shame. Guess I might have to give in to Microsoft, although I would be doing EXACTLY what they want people like me to do buy buying the rights to the games, which is really annoying me lol.
