My opinion to spam!

My opinion to spam!
ok,
so ure wondering why ive made this topic, eh?
well for one there are a few things we, as a forum, need to sort out.
My initial view
For starters, Soviet, get a grip, and stop using ure moderating powers, evertime you think someones spamming, because believe it or not, half the time they have a point.
And why the hell did u delete my post in the line rider topic? What, you cant hold a valid arguiment? or you just feel the need to show how superior you are?
Because im starting to see how pathetic you really are. And i definetly dont expect someone to delete my post, when it doesnt have anything offensive or insulting in it, and also especially, when i putting across my own arguiment, or opinion.
And i definetly think the most annoying thing about you, soviet, is that you lock a forum topic when you feel and arguiment slipping, or putting you under pressure. Even if you think the arguiment is getting out of hand or if you think that the discussion should stop there and then, why lock the topic? Let people put their opinion across, and not only that but you piss me off even more by, locking a topic, and disallowing me communication, but you seem to think its absolutly fine to open and close the topic whenever you think you want to add some more to the arguiment.
Little trigger happy on the old delete post, and lock topic buttons arent you soviet..
Spam
Ok, so lets look at the facts.
Oh, there is no facts, although there are some pointers.
As far as im concerned, there is no such thing as spam. Ok so there it is in the dictionary, right there "a disruptive message posted on a computer network".
So, lets say for instance a disruptive message, and break it down.
Disruptive Message
So a disruptive message is actually anything ever posted on a forum.
Because posting a message, whatever it may be, is disruptive, else i wouldnt know it was there, because to know it was there would mean it is disruptive.
This is simply explained, because the main meaning of disruptive is "causing". So to cause someone to look or know that a new opic, or a new post has popped up in a forum, has disrupted them, which mean that post or topic is now a disruptive message, which then means its spam.
So, back to spam
So, now we have the definition and understanding of "spam", we can now understand that everything that has ever been posted on this forum is spam.
Back to my view
So what the problem, with me replying or putting my view across in an arguiment, or discussion?
because actually, what i say and do on this forum, is a lot less disruptive than it could be.
And not only that, but the stuff i say or do (type, post ect) is actually in most cases, less spammy than what soviets has posted in the past.
more of my input
So you want more reason for this post?
Well, lets take Soviet for example (as i have been already throughout this topic).
He thinks i spam? well lets take one of his earlier topics, 14 days ago infact. His post was called "It is time..." and he states he had achieved the 2000 posts mark, well in the fourteen days since then, hes achieved 71 posts..
lets move on:-
Soviet implies that, if i create a topic called, lets say for instance, "lmfao, that is so funny".. that i havejust created a spam topic.
But if you think about it, he has replyed inside a topic before with "lmao", so the fact that hes said it means that hes complaining about something hes guilty of.
And also the fact that i posted even more words than in his post, pisses him off even more.
So, why complain? Surely not because of the fact that, oooooh its a topic, oh how amazingly different. How exactly is posting a sentence and posting the same sentence as a topic different? Ok, so topics obviously need a reason for being there, but do they? ask yourself, is there actually a guideline to wether or not a topic needs a reason? Maybe its there to see how people react? and if you seriously think that its a spam topic, then maybe you should print this topic and have a read whilst in bed.
So, lets hear youre opinion of what i have put to you all
And i seriuosly hope, that no-one gets triggerhappy again, trying to prove a point, because i try hard to show how i work, and if you cant be bothered to live with that, i personally think you should leave this forum, because forums are here for letting new and different people mix and not to judge on hat people do and say..
so lets here what you guys think.

Quoted before thsi gets outta hand, my view is not needed in this post, this is inevitably going to turn into a flame fest.aicaramba wrote:Soviet and marshall.. just shush, ok?

enemy? ha. I merely state what i believe to be true, if that creates an enemy, then you are easily turned against people. I agree with the others, i don't want a flame war. But if i continue to be "flamed" then i will post merely to defend myelf.
You see marshall, 71 posts in 14 days. How did this occur? replying to topics on general chat, posting things which i felt to be funny that contained links, helping those in other forums, and stating opinions on various recent releases of mods/maps, and of course, having to try and explain to you why what you talk about is spam.
Yes, I post saying "lmao" or whatever when i feel like it, so do a hell of a lot of other people. But to take a 4 letter post and turn it into a topic is ridiculous. A topic is meant to possess a lot more value than a post, and the topic button should be used sparingly, otherwise there are 20 topics going at once, and it gets confusing and meaningless.
Overuse of powers? this arguement has come up before by you...what? yesterday? I lock topics when they have turned to nothing but spam, honestly i dont care if an arguement is going on, when it is an arguement of spam, there is no point. I also lock in other forums like the mapping ones if the problem has been solved and everyone has been thanked, so people don't end up bringing back old topics. But wow, so do most of the other admins.
You can believe whatever definition you want of spam, but to speak philisophically of spam as you did is just pathetic. You are trying too hard to prove a point and end an arguement which you began. As i said before, i am personally stepping down from all arguements about what spam actually is, I have put forth my points, i have more, but i do not wish to continue this pointless arguement with you. You can state whatever points you want in here about what you believe this amazing word of spam to represent, and that is great for you. Go ahead and start your own religion if you want. I don't care. But don't continue insulting me when you began the entire arguement after i gave a small bit of lighthearted, somewhat joking, advice to help the forums. I say don't because i don't want to go out of my way to lock another one of your topics. Why would i lock it? flaming. In the past the peds has shown great dislike and hatred towards flaming, your flaming continues: locked. Is that a reasonable reason to lock a topic? Or am i misinformed about the meaning of flaming as well?
