A tutorial for making fragmovies?

What benefits does this method have over using fraps (other than the fraps advertisement)?

I have made the 2 largest tutorials for making a complete COD2 movie recorded in high FPS and high quality in sony vegas.

One problem, its Dutch - if your Dutch you are one hell of a lucky.....


another thing, USE .MP4 CODEC - best quality with the least filesize (get ultra high quality @ 250 - 300mb!! 10 min movie)

also, when drofder gave me the bind i typed F5 but when i pressed it, it didnt work,i typed the bind exacly as u said but it didnt work

MP4 is a container
10min at 25 fps with 192 kbps audio would result to bitrate over 3300 kbps which in my opinion is overkill unless you're using high resolution like 1280x1024
Usual resolutions for a video are 640x480 and 800x592. For those resolutions 1200 kbps should be more than enough and results to filesize of 100 MB
