Intro
------
This is not just a movie, it's a movie that doesn't contain any frags!
Yes you heard me, no frags.. What is it then? I'll tell you, it's a JUMPMOVIE.
I'm not talking about bunnyhopping, i'm talking about skilled jumping on the static Call of Duty 2 multiplayer maps.
We jump to places you have never seen, most people see this as "Childish crap, it's a game, not a friggin jumpworld".
This is wrong - you need skill if you wan't to jump, we don't do this to find campspots, we do this for fun to reach new places we never saw before.
We train our jumpskills at jumpingservers on custom made jumpmaps, there are diffirent type's of jumps like a strafejump, nadejump, crouchjump, 125 fps jump etc...
So again, this movie is not about me fraggin the shit out of people, but me and my mate Killzone jumping on the static Call of Duty 2 multiplayer maps.
We hope you enjoy the movie!
If not, well. You just shut the **** up

Ok sorry I dindt know about the shareware crap, the movie is made to show people on this f**ked up planet that jumping isn't for noobs, i'll be posting this on several website's like http://www.gotfrag.com
The movie isn't made to show you effects etc, even though im good at that (chek my fragmovie and you will see )
--
Its being uploaded at FileFront, not the best hoste but jo its better than nothing.
I actually made this movie for "Killzone" (known as Killzone88) because he inspired me while he was jumping..

This movie is meant for public, im sure there are enough people who have never heard of CJ or jumping.
Nobody cares about the boring things like "omfg leet we jump and pwn you on our campzpot with teh 125fps trickzor" (had to say this).
EDIT:
By the way, if your movie will be like mine (I mean duration @ 19:30 minutes) then I suggest you use the x264 codec, best quality with a normal filesize, if I would use .wmv to render this movie, I propably got 900mb.
Oh, one more thing - it took me 9 - 10 hours to render this movie with this codec, its SLOOOOW but you need it.

That's why my brother's computer doesn't need anti-virus software; 450MHz P3 doesn't meet virus's system requirements.

Sounds cool, I'm looking forward to seeing it once you've found a host
180 GB in total? wow That's over 4 times my hard drive size lmao
We might be able to host it on CoDJumper.com, we have 400gb/month bandwidth so it probably won't be a problem. Will have a word with destiny about it seeing it's his hosting.

Where are you uploading to?
And btw, VLC is freeware not shareware
x264 is made for low bitrates... with 25 fps and 192 kbps MP4-AAC audio in MP4 container your video would have a bitrate over 3000teebag wrote: Movie information

Video under 1100 kbps would result to filesize of 175 MB and the video would still look good (depending on source though)
You said you edited the video on Sony Vegas, did you encode the video from the program? I'm not sure but I think that the program supports only VfW (Video for Windows) which would mean the video is in AVI container
AVI container is outdated for x264 and you won't get all the benefits of x264 using AVI container and VfW frontend of x264
Doom9 @ http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=105899 wrote: The following features (the list might not be complete and is subject to change) are available only in the x264 commandline encoder and not the VfW frontend.
Constant quality mode
Fast P-Skip
Custom quantization matrices
Buffer control
Zones
AQ (only available in Sharktooth's build, not an official x264 feature at this point)
If you miss these features, you have two options:
1) Use the commandline encoder (with a GUI frontent if you like, here's a list
2) Start Visual Studio and add the options on your own.
The VfW frontend was never much maintained by the core x264 developers and was on and off extended by volunteers. Currently, there are no volunteers to maintain the VfW frontend, that's why it is not being updated when new features are added to x264. None of the core developers has an interest to update the VfW, so please don't go bugging them.
In addition, if you've heard about such features like Levels, Profiles or Turbo mode, those are no x264 features, but additional intelligence some of the frontends offer to make your life easier. Levels require some of the features only the commandline version has (namely buffer control.. plus there are effects that ripple through entire applications as levels also limit the resolution you can use), Profiles and Turbo could be integrated into the VfW as well (at this point, remind yourself that there are two options for this to happen.. I've already listed them).
