125fps need to be constant?

Sorry if this is a noob question.

For 125fps jumps, does your fps need to be 125 all the time thru the jumps (in general)

My system reaches 125, but often doesn't stay there.

Thanks and very nice website btw. I am more a nade thrower (got >150demos there) than strafe jumper (stilling trying to do that - can do the tank jump in railyard from the tutorial, but only done the box jump once :S)

hehe 125 being constant helps but if your having too much trouble try lowerin some settings or using 43fps

Settings> Performance> Synch every frame = off
and then typ in console: /com_maxfps 125
