Hey hey,
Well if any of you recognise my name, I created mp_jump some time ago. Just randomly found myself on this page after searching a little on google. Suprised just how much this community has grown, the amount of maps and everything.
I remember building mp_jump right at the beginning after jm_crispy appeared, around the time I was just making aim maps and such, just fun maps for my clan.
Notice somebody has even recreated mp_jump for CoD2. That must of been quite a bit of effort without the .map (I do remember somebody asking me for it now)
What is COD2 strafe jumping like? Still as easy as COD?

I'd say jumping in cod 2 is a bit different..you can't jump as far with 125fps as in cod, but you can with 250fps.

I don't really plan on making any more maps as current. Haven't made a single CoD2 map and don't really have the time anymore.
Nice to know people liked it lol. It took long enough to work out all the distances/heights for strafe jumps.
Erm... proof I am who I say I am.. well I signed up with my noginn.com email. Doubt any other noginn's (if anyone stole my nick) could manage that

Indeed, your map and (unofficially) Groms CoD2 version are by far the most popular maps available.
CoD2Radiant is very similar to CoDRadiant, there are just a few added features and some adjustments to adapt to the way CoD2 is deisnged compared to CoD1.
As for the "250 fps" side of jumping, there are not many that can reach that high of fps, so all maps are designed for people with 125 (and some can be done with very little fps), I am yet to see a map that "requires" 250 or 333.
