You mean so you can bind the sniper to hold breath immediatly after scoping? Like /bind MOUSE2 "toggleads; +holdbreath"
If so, theres no way they can find out, but Im not sure if it's allowed. It should be though, not much advantage from it

Even if it is not allowed, just do it manually, can your mind not process more than 1 keypress at a time? (not being offensive, but the idea of using a cheap bind to do something as easy as press shift seems pointless to me).
