My final post

By editing my “akk 1.5” mod, calling it “akk 1.55”, and using it on the jump server,
”codjumper” is showing disrespect towards me, my mod,
and the work and time I put into this mod.

Not that I ever had the wish to become a codjumper member,
But by making me (without even asking) a “codjumper helper” is more a humiliating
slap in the face, then a memorial happy event.

Noticing “codjumper” put the “akk 1.55” mod, on the download section,
well aware there could be a negative response from my side,
was the final drop, which made me conclude the following.

Codjumper is disrespectful, and conceited,
and therefore no longer something I whish to be part of.

I have asked, for a cancellation of my membership, from the codjumper forum.

My thanks go out to the people who enjoyed my maps, and my mod.
And who gave me positive responses.
It was fun working for you guys.

Well, tbh, I respected your decision to ask for the 1.55 update to be removed which I gladly did so and I also requested all server admins to downgrade back to the original mod. I had no idea that the mod is/was available for download, and as soon as I speak to Peds, I assure you it will be gone from download. It was an honest mistake when I thought you were finished with all the jump mods, and not just the CoD2 side of the mod.

Every mod that I created that contained the "jump mod" I have given you credit for (when in all honesty, the real credit should have been given to Ezekiel Victor [Zeke], an amazing scripter who created the first edition of the save mod, which he used to set up positions for cameras in his "ingame screenshots").

You seem to make it sound like some sort of "conspiracy" against you, when all it is, is just a few MINOR mistakes made.
I believe it was probably peds who made you a helper, a position not many people get to be a part of and all it does is give you a higher status and ability to mod the forums. So many people would love to have that position, and yet you choose to use that position as a way to make CJ look bad?

If you cannot learn to forgive and forget, thats your own problem, I will happily take the blame for your leaving, but I will not accept that the reason for you leaving is down to a PETTY squable over one line added to your mod.

I thank Ezekel Victor (xXezekielXx), becouse i used some parts
of his COD-JumpMapAid mod, i hope he doesn't mind

but I really don’t see how you can be getting mad at people from changing your mod when you did the exact same thing to another person...

so in the end drofder did not really change your mod he only change part of Ezekel Victor's mod which was the saving part and kept the part you made the same(AKK)

Leveller being mad at me changing the mod is completely justified, I should never have even touched the mod without having full permission, and then releasing it as version 1.55, certainly was a stupid idea. Ezekiel gave us his mod and we were given the right to modify this as we wish, so Leveller changing Zekes mod is again, justified.

Again, I added a single line to the mod to stop "save-jumping" because it was requested. People on the server were getting annoyed at people who had created scripts, that could simply lift them onto any building they wanted, making jumping a thing of the past, and cheating their way to the end of maps. I added the code, released it with a new version number (to stop conflicting between pk3 files) and servers went back to normal, no more exploitation.

I still personally think it is immature to "make a final post, remove yourself from the forum" when all that is currently happening is a few mistakes by different individuals.

I agree with Drofder on this. It is sad to see you go and I agree with you about certain aspects, however there are a number of things you said that I disagree with.

I automatically assume that people would be proud of receiving the status of CJ Helper. Should you not want to be a CJ Helper, then you could clearly tell us that you do not want the position, well aware that many of the community would go to great lengths to get the status. A simple "no thank you" would do instead of calling it "humiliating".

The older versions of AKK had been on the download section with no complaints from you. To be honest I hadn't assumed you would be against putting AKK 1.55 on the website for download, as I would assume that you created AKK to help people jump on public servers. Drofder simply added coding to it to stop people being able to save jump, which you surely would not be against. Both the 1.5 and 1.55 downloads give credit to you "The original AKK v1.5 made by Leveller. Edited by Drofder, added some nifty changes.". Personally if I made the mod and someone added an extra bit to it, but still gave me credit for the majority of the work, I would have no problem.

In you opinion, maybe. The way I see it, it has been a number of misunderstandings rather than being disrespectful. Had we known that you would have had a problem with 1.55 being placed on the site for download then we would not have done so, and Drofder admits that what he did was a mistake that he regrets.

In conclusion, although some of what you are saying is true, I disagree with you strongly on certain aspects, especially calling the website "disrespectful" and having a problem with being appointed the status of CJ Helper. We only give CJ Helper status to people who we believe thoroughly deserve the status, and as a result surely you must respect that point of view. You seem to be overreacting to a few simple mistakes and it's a shame to see you leave the community as a result of them, as you had a great deal to contribute to the jumping community as a whole.
