well.. just read it.. kinda funny.
Its written by a guy that bought a broken laptop on ebay. Written in perspective of the seller.

you could also use software (not exactly free) that shreds the information a couple of times. although that is reverable, but not if you use a shredder that can shred up to 100 times :P

(7/8 times is how many times huge private organisations use to shred secure docs :P)
