I watched the demo, and because you moved your mouse to face the ladder your run started then, so I timed it at 2:40 instead of 2:38.

Read the rules on the Records page! I'll let you off this time!

Still, you are in the position you would have been in with 2:38 anyway...

You may not move at all (that includes moving the mouse to face another direction)
