It's really easy to set up tooCXS, your own custom Xfire signature.
Tired of your old Xfire signature? We can change that. CXS will host your signature for free. Register to our service, upload your background, your avatar, get the code and that's it!
But CXS is more than that, because you can customize your signature. Move the info around, use transparent backgrounds and/or avatars, translate it to your own language or change things around. And you're not on your own! If you need help, we'll be there. Remember to register in our Forums also.
Here's my custom one... I used their gallery image, and just signed up to AudioScrobbler to check it out... pretty kool 
The only problem I find is that the host (customsigs.free.fr) is really slow
and AudioScrobbler takes like 2 mins to update to the current song but by that time it's almost over lol...
