yo dudes,
i was just wondering what programs do you guys use to record videos, cause i normally use fraps but when ever i start to record i lag like s**t. So what does everybody use and could you post a link, thanks.

If you are talking about videos as actual movie files, then what I would recommend you do is demo yourself playing cod, then play the demo and record it playing using fraps. That way you only have the lag of recording a demo as supposed to recording from fraps.
