Erm, yes you can get closed down for it

Infact, companies can actually issue lawsuits to people who host filesto do with ILLEGAL downloading. Most websites get away with it as they are either hosted in a foreign country where the laws do not exist or they have disclaimers to say that they are hosting user files and hold no responsibility for whats posted. This site is not a foreign host and the US and UK laws apply and this site has no disclaimers for wares.

So yes, posting wares is not good for the website you post them on.
