nade jumping?

um sry for being gay, but htf do u do a nade jump? does the nade actually shoot you in a direction. and can this be done in pubs or are certain server setttings required? thx

It can be done at any time (although you need to be at least a certain distance from the nade when you do it).

Basically you throw a grenade down below you, and then jump just as it is about to explode, so the explosion boosts you up.

It's all about timing - you need to judge when the grenade is about to explode. Some people have different ways of doing it, but I just jump when I reckon it is going to explode; some people count to 12 really fast. Main thing is to practice the timing and you should be able to get it eventually.

so basically the u have to be at teh outer rim of the explosion for minimal damage but enough to get a boost?

trial and error really, jumping at the right time will stop u from dying on certain ones etc

/try it with devmap and god mode on a local server :p

type /devmap mapname

then when it loads

/god

then try nade jumping.....

oh wheneer your down to 1nade type /give ammo in console :p
