how do i make .pfb files to put in my map
please help me

These are prefabs.
You have to make these using the editor. So build your prefab (e.g a house) and then do "Edit<Save selection as Prefab"
Why do you want to though tbh, prefabs are mainly used to send premade stuff to other people.

open the pfb up in notepad.. then save as save as .map make sure its all files. and then in cod radient click file > load then the new created .map that should solve it
