- 3D Hardware Accelerator Card Required - 100% DirectX(R) 9.0c compatible 64 MB Hardware Accelerator video card and the latest drivers

64MB graphics card, I'm fucked.

- Pentium(R) 4 1.4GHz or AMD Athlon(TM) XP 1700+

997 MHz processor... I'm fucked

- 256 MB RAM (512 MB RAM recommended)

256 MB RAM, yet again fucked.

- 700 MB of uncompressed free hard disk space (plus 800MB for Windows(R) 2000/XP swap file)

I've been managing the past few months with 500 MB free space, so that doesn't look too good.

Gotta hope my bro leaves home for university accomodation, so I get his pc ;)

He would be taking Pc with him surely?!

Personally, I would corrupt the current PC, making it irrepairable, then tell parents or someone famous/extremely rich you have needs for a PC for educational use, but it also needs to have required specs for CoD 2 :P

lol, sounds like a good plan - i live on the same road as alan shearer and kieron dyer after all :P

My bro is going to newcastle uni (which is nearby), so he'll be going to hall of residence in a few months time, and has decided to leave his pc at home so it doesn't get damaged/stolen/whatever.

Anti-Bunny Hop!
You can bunny hop around in the demo with no limits... but there is a command to stop this!

jump_slowdownenable 1

and also this is how to get the cheats working.

Make a shortcut for the SP Demo.exe and then open the properties for it.

In the target box add to the end of the line...
+set thereisacow 1337 +set developer 1 +set sv_cheats 1 +set monkeytoy 0

The whole line should look like this (if installed to default path)
"C:\Program Files\Activision\Call of Duty 2 Demo\CoD2SP_s.exe" +set thereisacow 1337 +set developer 1 +set sv_cheats 1 +set monkeytoy 0

Then to use the comands, instead of loading the map, simply type in console
spdevmap
