Call of duty 2 set admins

I'm running a cod2 cj server i'm using Jump4Life public mod i noticed jump4life closed i'd like to just kick start a server in memory for them i had a great time playing there servers when i first started cj many years ago, I've setup a few things but just can't seem to get admin if anyone has any idea on how to do this i'd appreciate it thanks.
