Check Wikipedia for a list of teams in Tunisia
Compare each team against their kit colours (or team logo). [Annoyingly, the team I wanted was last on the list >.<]
Searching YouTube for the team name "US Monastir" didn't provide results but the full team name (Union Sportive Monastirienne) + the word "goal" and a small amount of scrolling ended with a hit.

Ah, I didn't spot the "Tunisia" at the top right, so didn't think it would be possible. But then again, I didn't really put much thought into trying to find a YouTube video of it, other than if I could maybe read the team name

My attitude is if Facebook has it, youtube had it first... usually the key to finding the video/image is look on places like reddit or similar.
