Can't load any custom cj map

Can't load any custom cj map(for my way: mp_gap_training, mp_codjumper_training) into any mod, cod4 just crashing, and i cant see error, and cant hide cod4, only alt+f4.
Tryed to everything

first take your mod's folder and put in the IWD files from the cj custom maps
then run cod4 , run the mod
\g_gametype cj
\map mp_....
