I don't know how you walk up a stair but i never kick against the vertical bits. Would be better with the push thing because you won't see any handle.

You have never had an occasion where your foot has touched the vertical of a step?
When coming down the stairs, you heel has never touched the vertical of the step?
Do you have any kids ever in your house? Or old people?

Practicality dictates that a 'push-release' drawer would be stupid on a step. It would be cool until the first few times you accidentally hit it, then it will become an annoyance...

My nephew is 5, and he says comments similar to this level of lols quite often, so to believe a 9-10 year old would say them, to me is very believable.

Why was only 'sacred' underlined, when all meanings of sanctity directly relate to religion?
Either way, the amendments are so old and out of touch with the modern day, it makes me wonder why they are still so solidly accepted as law (or means to create/reject laws), but while they are, this statement above is entirely correct.
