Re: Tips?
Hard non-rpg strafes are normally considered 300+ units, with 310+ being very hard and 315+ being extreme. Not sure about rpg strafes. As for bounces, I believe there is a guide somewhere on this forum (perhaps by DanTheMan or Drofder, not sure) explaining how to create bounces at suitable angles, or something along those lines.

I would honestly have no idea where it is, perhaps it wasn't on these forums I saw it. I'll try and have a look for you tomorrow.

Re: Tips?
practically anything sloped to a degree of unwalkable can be bounced on, just some angles work easier than others.
Anything above 45 degrees (i think) and below 90 can be used.
I did do the research somewhere...

Re: Tips?
The steeper the slope is, the steeper your entrance angle can be. That's why if you do very big bounces, you need a steeper slope, and it's also why people use 250 fps, because it allows more speed to be gained and therefore creating a flatter entrance angle.
As for the RPG strafes, I think 370 would be hard, about 350 would be medium and 330 would be easy, so you can choose the distances to suit your desired difficulty.
