Need Help With Strafe Jump

Try to mimic the CoD4 strafe tut as much as possible. We can't do it for you though

Thats for the 180 degree ish strafe. Use 125 fps, take your time, keep the mouse moving slowly while you jump, keep hold of all the buttons (W + A) no jerking, only smooth and when you jump you want to be facing to the target you jump to (so basicly face straight).

Good luck on practising your strafe jump, but what maby a more fun way to practise it is, is start playing maps like bouncer_training, easy_jump, crazy_jump. Those maps are pretty easy and than just try to keep getting further and further. And if you still can't do it add me on xfire: badeendnl123, than i can help you on my server

What distance have you managed so far?

the most i can do is 290. Im working hard on 300 right now. I can do 290 and under almost every time so thats a big accomplishment for me

Yeah I would say around the 300 mark you have to take at least a 90 degree approach to the jump. You can't do the 45 degree one like you can on shorter distances.
