Need Help With Strafe Jump

Can you please tell me what im doing wrong. I want to improve. The only reason the FPS is like that is because of Fraps and this is a demo so it was actually 250

FPS won't make much difference if you can't jump right

Firstly you run too much!
secondly 90 degrees not 140*-150* (Your save possition is wrong and u run like a circle which is no needed ) + (try understand my english)

I know its CoD2 but this is also work for CoD4 - our CoD4 tutorial strafe is blocked in my country so i cannot add here.

so how much do i run before i turn? And in the tutorial he says 120 degrees. Thanks for the help by the way

That's the "advanced" tutorial for longer distances. You want to get used to doing it 45-90 degrees to get the general technique down and then you can improve on it and modify your technique.

You don't need to run that much, particularly for short distances. What distance are you trying in the video? And use 125 FPS, it's the best for practicing.

The distance in that video was 310. Is there a training map for begginers?

I would recommend starting from the lower distances as KS suggested, and working your way up. Starting on 310 isn't going to work very well.
