Make the black text not black. You lose all 3d perception when you make it black because you can't view any differences in shading. After you do that, probably the one with lighting.

Proper sized and made the black text dark gray. Deleted the cilinder and edited the floor. Tried to make it look more calm. Improved?

TI is way to close to WWW.
Black text is impossible to see properly.

TI too close as Drofder said. Other text is too small. The dark grey looks a lot better than the black though.

Moved the "TI" further away from the "WWW". Made the TI slightly brighter and made the "This is why we win" bigger.

We are clearly looking at two different things.

You cannot use black text with low lighting, it doesn't work.
There are many colours that will work, the most obvious being white...

"TI WWW" looks quite good, but "This is why we win" is still hard too.
Don't exactly know why, but i think it's because of the shadow/light or the perspective.
It's bit difficult to realize that the "s" is an s, too
