Remove menu options[CoD1]

So I want to remove the options and leave only the "auto assign" button.

So the normal menu has the following options are:

1. American
2. German
3. Auto-Assign
4. Spectator

What should i do/modify?

it's fairly easy, check through the menu files in the folder ui_mp/ and you'll find your file you need to change (check through the stock files first...)
