Looks pretty bad. For my jumping account I've got everything on low. I think I can get away with that because I can jump with steady 333 FPS without using fullbright.

There are people who can't get 333 FPS on low settings. But even then, this skin is made for better graphics and not everything on low

It doesn't really matter if you have skins or not, EVERYTHING looks crap on all lowest lol.

But as Frazz said, im sure the texture settings only give you a very slight fps increase, so you might aswell use normal/high.

I don't see why low settings is a problem - even if the skins look bad on low settings, they don't make it look any worse.

The extra download is a drop in the ocean tbh, it's <10 MB and most people have to download multiple 25 MB maps when they connect anyway (plus on a fast HTTP redirect it takes a matter of seconds).

As for it being "something extra that no-one cares about", that's not true. More people like it than dislike it imo, therefore it's a worthy addition.

Exactly what Peds said. And as far as I know you used custom skins on your videos too so I don't know why you dislike them now.

Yes they're ugly with the gfx on low, but the gfx are ugly anyway on low, it does NOT make it any worse.

I can see what you mean about downloading and un-needed file, people might not want that. But it's hardly a distraction... a simple skin is not going to take your mind off jumping.
