There are jumps in CoD1 http://www.codjumper.com/cod.php, if that's what you're asking. I don't play much anymore, but I try to play when I can.

Nightmare still might a little. I know a guy named ai caramba still plays UO, but he doesn't really get on the forums much anymore. Other than that we mostly play CoD4 and WaW. However, like JDogg said, check out the site. We have hundreds of CoD1 jumps and around 100 CoD1 jumpmaps.

I can think of several legal ways to get it free, but it will cost someone...
Ask for it as a gift is the obvious one.
Or, get some old games out (or new?) and go trade them in (if you have a shop that allows PC game trade).
