I think that the majority of people who jump in CoD, CS and any other games are smart (more smart than the majority of people who don't jump).

i would agree with you. In scrims non codjumper players dont know all the routes and sneaky little areas that u can get kills off.

I would strongly disagree.
I would say the majority of people who 'jump' in any game are 'game-smart' but I would not say they are 'smart' in any other sense. Those who jump on games tend to spend a lot of the time playing the game and understanding the mechanics of the engine. The engine is a key factor in being good at a game.
Also, you could say playing a game in a different manner than intended (jumping in a FPS) encourages creativity and ingenuity.

But I believe that most CoD Jumpers are more skilled in the game than your average persos who're not jumping. With exception of maybe TheDude who told me he sucked at the game He pretty much only jumped in CoD4, never really played the shooting part.
