from what I have read the only real use is a "deterrent" for alcoholics (basically, everytime you drink then you take 1 of these you vomit it back up, sorta like the 'Pavlov's dog' theory (no, not CoD Pavlov ).

I felt soo sick, but couldnt throw up.

Yeah but say if you fall in a canal and swallow the lovely brown water... you'd have to induce vomiting with salt water or w/e.
