Care Package lag/sway?

it seems whenever i am on a stack of care packages, my movement is laggy or the packages change the way you move. can anyone confirm what this is?
Yeah I have this aswell, when moving on a care package it's as if you're slightly stuck in it. No idea why though.
Guessing it's something to do with the carepackages collision properties (eg when they land they bounce off objects etc).
