I really need to improve my jumping technique - I lost it and can only jump around 240 now

I was able to do up to 251 before I went down with the flu/bronchitis/whatever I had for a week, then when I recovered and played cod again I was crap at jumping

I could barely do 225 at one point, but I've recovered slightl from the lack of skill.
