2nd one is better.

Goods
- Mostly nice background
- Nice fitting render
- Good font

Bads
- Too much feather/blur on gun
- Explosion behind render needs to be toned down
- Maybe glow the eyes a little to make them stand out as the only bright colour
- Text needs a little more background lighting to make it a little easier to read.
- 1px border!

(Also, I personally would cut off 10-20px from the bottom).

Nice, but I would take out the little explosion behind his head, just as Drofder said.

I personnaly like it, nice

2nd one is better, just desaturate the explosion a little bit and make the text a little smaller. It looks very good.
