Explanation of what happened and why we should remove your ban: I'm going to complete honest in this post. about a year back, i got CoD4 through Amazon.com and i was a very happy boy. after a month or so of playing it, i got bored and began to use hacks for lols (not that i sucked or anything, i just did it for lolz). I usually do this with most fps games that i play such as AA, Warrock, and Combat Arms and after i play for a month, then hack for a week or two, i play without hacks for a good 3-4 months then i get bord and usually wind up quitting/ stop playing that game for a while. Well, I hacked for a week on CoD4 and didn't get banned. I was surprised about not being banned (by PB anyways) and i went on to play without hacks. Around mid-March i began to play normally and when i got bored of playing at times, i used to play GTA:SA. and after playing that for a bit i began to "cheat" i suppose by using Cheat Engine to edit my money and buy weapons in it. After playing GTA:SA and using cheat engine, i would usually either browse the internet or ply CoD4, and while playing CoD4 I got banned a few times for a "MULTIHACK" Violation and I'm sitting here thinking "wtf". After being noticed on PBBans for this "MULTIHACK" violation I decided to read up on why i would get this violation on cod4. After googling (lol) I found that Cheat Engine can get you banned if you have it running in the backround (that was a "duh" moment x.x) and i found that when i shut it off then i wasn't getting banned on servers anymore for a "MULTIHACK". Of course, PBBans thought i was talking shit when i told them about being banned for using cheat engine and they declined my ban appeal (fucking auto-reply bastards) but i deserved it i suppose for the week that i DID hack. Anyways, back to why i am banned on CJ 2 + 3. Whenever i try to join, i get a message (after completely connecting to the server and onto the main screen which has the teams on it) that says that PB has banned me for 1337 minutes (screenshot in attatchment). I'm fairly certain that this means that the server is streaming to PB for whatever reason to check for Bans on GUIDs and i wanted to know whether you could either remove it from streaming, or somehow "unban" me for those servers. It's not a big deal, but I'd like to be able to go on those servers again

1. I have no sympathy. Hacking in an MP game for 'fun' is bullshit. I don't buy a game for people like you to enter the server so YOU can have fun by ruining the game for EVERYONE else. So, even if there was something we could do, I would be petitioning them not to do it.

2. The ban is due to you being on a Global Cheat List, you cannot and will not be unbanned.

3. Go buy a new game and maybe this time you can stick to not hacking and getting your ID on a list.

happens everytime i join, even after the ban has been set out, so no, it will not work.

In one post, i believe that you stated that rank hacking was ok, or perhaps i misunderstood that post/ it was a different person, anyways, if it was you, I don't see why you are arguing against hacking in an MP game, since Rank Hacking is essentially the EXACT same thing (benefit-wise)

As for #2, #3 completely contradicts that statement, since i can buy a new game and not be banned any more, hence being virtually "unbanned"

and as for #3, i thought of spending $10 or so on buying a used game, or even asking for a key from a store to get it for free, but i don't want to waste my time on doing something unnecessary. Also, I stated clearly that i was not banned for hacking at all. As i said, i was going to be completely honest about how i got the ban in the first place and that I DID hack in the past. If i had not included that, you wouldn't have posted #1 at all.

In one post, i believe that you stated that rank hacking was ok, or perhaps i misunderstood that post/ it was a different person, anyways, if it was you, I don't see why you are arguing against hacking in an MP game, since Rank Hacking is essentially the EXACT same thing (benefit-wise)

Advantages of being MAXIMUM RANK:
A) Access to all guns.
B) Access to all perks

Advantages to Multi-Hacks
A) Auto-Aim
B) See through walls
C) Distinguish players using Red/Green Skins
D) Having a permanent radar
E) Having no recoil

If you HONESTLY do not see the difference between being a scum bag hacking with Aimbots/Wallhacks/ESP hacks etc and simply putting yourself on level 55/65 in the game, you should seriously leave the forum and go think for a little while.

Buy another game or feel free to not log onto our servers.

My point was that both give supposed unfair benefits which a normal/legit player cannot get/do in such a short amount of time. there are of course differences to the third-party programs which are used to give you the ability to "hack" but they all do virtually the same in the end. The point of buying a game is out of curiosity or to have fun. I don't see a single problem in people "hacking" for the sake of having fun for a short while or out of curiosity as long as they don't use it every time while playing that game.

We're not sure what he used in this so called "MULTIHACK". If he was banned for having Cheat Engine running in the background, then UL, but don't hack in COD4 You're only supposed to hack in shit games (such as War Rock)


With a rank hack you get to choose:
if you want to be invisible on the radar for your enemy
to be silent when sprinting
to use sights that give you better vision
to get stronger weapons that lets you kill the enemy a lot easier
bla bla bla... the list is long.

My point is that a rank hack isn't as simple as "giving you guns and perks". To go into it detailed, it gives you enormous advantages, and don't forget that it's still a hack. I don't mind people who use rank hacks or whatever, but if you're a hacker yourself, you should not go and tell other people to stop being one.

Of course an aimbot gives you more advantage than being able to be invisible for your enemy, but you really shouldn't go and call hackers scums when you're a hacker yourself.

You shouldn't cheat in any game, whether or not it's "just for fun". If I buy a game, I don't expect to have to put up with people ruining it by cheating - this is also one of the reasons a lot of people play on consoles...

You shouldn't cheat in any game, whether or not it's "just for fun". If I buy a game, I don't expect to have to put up with people ruining it by cheating - this is also one of the reasons a lot of people play on consoles...

On Consoles, people can still hack, it's just quite a bit harder and if i want to be sure that no one is cheating while I'm playing a game, i usually go to servers which are used by dependable clans which have at least 1 admin on at all/most of the time, it's common sense if you ask me.

He means that when you use a rank hack, you get all the perks + all the upgrades to the weapons. (i.e. when he means invisible to radar: UAV jammer, silent sprinting = Dead Silence, sights = acog scope/red dot, and better weapons overall).

Yes, people can still cheat on consoles but it's not as simple as just downloading an installer which will do it for you.

Well, although I suppose that could be annoying, it doesn't ruin the game in the same way.
