Strafe jump en Oldschool

I've bought te game and i have 2 questions. I can't strafe jumping and i cant find an oldschool server. Can someone learn my strafe or nade jumpinger or does someone know a oldschool server?

Copy it as good as u can, then just keep trying. And eventually you will feel/know when u get further/when u do it good. As for cod4, u just need to sprint aswell.
