CoD Radiant-Strange errors.

CoD Radiant-Strange errors.
In radiant i have been getting 2 error. 1- Whenever i try to put a model in my map, it freezes. 2- The Clipper tool will not work, after i clip it, i press shift+enter and it deletes the brush. Any 1 know how to fix these errors? P.S. I have tried to reinstall radiant.
