He does it with demigod probably, which means it's a pretty unusable jump.

Hmm, i was trying hard to get on that wall you got to, and i tried to get on that canopy and thought it was blocked 
once u get on that wall u can walk right around and get on more roofs 
i got there a different way though. I got some more recordings which i'll put together later.
Edit: nvm, that is actually round the corner from where i thought

Yeah we don't condone the use of cheats for jumps anyway, it's ok just to noclip yourself back up if you fall or whatever but nothing that would not make the jump possible otherwise.
