Ive got some programmes but what programme do i use to make maps ???

You can read though, I presume?
For information on mapping, read the topics in the CoD Mapping Tutorials forum (the one below this one), and read the following page I typed a while ago:

If it's CoD2 instead of CoD1 you're looking for, then the page link above won't be useful for you (you need a seperate compiler etc for CoD2 - read the CoD2 Mapping Tutorials forum and
