Need help making background music loop

Hiya, im following the modsonline tutorial to creating ambient sounds looped. Im wanting something simila to that in carentan. I just arent a very good scripter so could someone tell me what i need to do?

is that it , just pop it into the gsc? or do i need to put it in a specific place in the gsc?

You also need a csv file, create a folder called soundaliases and put the csv in there, then put the folder into your iwd. The .csv should contain something like this:
name,sequence,file,vol_min,vol_max,vol_mod,pitch_min,pitch_max,dist_min,dist_max,channel,type,probability,loop,masterslave,loadspec,subtitle,compression,secondaryaliasname,volumefalloffcurve,startdelay,speakermap,reverb,lfe percentage
