jump server setup

ok im new here hi 
but i need help with the jump server mod setup
1.. i did download a mod jump but it said for cod2, doest this matter? cuz im using UO
2.. i read the read me and it said make a folder called codjump and i did and put the cod jump file into it
3.. then i copied all the things into the shortchut properties like it said
4.. it delete the ip letters then put my ip in there
5.. i dont no what to put for port, how do i no my port or wat port i need
6.. im soooo lost pls help
