yes, just go edit the weapon file, and expand the maximum fire range

something like that

Stupid idea tbh :P

Thowing at an angle of between 40-45 degrees, while at the peak of a running jump, will produce the furthest results.

Ive seen someone who says melee increases the maximum distance of a jump...
Tbh... I dont believe it untill it has been proved.

I have noticed when playing on Xbox 360 anyways, that if you jump while running and make a vertical flick for looking up it seems to get the nades further

But I preffer throwing the nades looking almost straight up, so when the land the explode before the indicator shows up

Trick of the eye, deception. It follows a similar deception. If you were to be in a car, and look down at the ground while travelling at 100mph, it would look faster than if you were flying in a plane at the same speed.

Flicking the grenade, does nothing, as the grenade is not actually flicked... When you let go of the button, the grenade is "thrown" by the engine, not by the player. The engine calculates the angle, and the distance and all the crap in the weapon files, comes up with a trajectory and sends it in that direction. The only possible reason for it going further is exploiting the engine, by making it think you are going faster (like strafe jumping), but even then the difference would be minor.

The reason as I explained above of why it looks faster is simply because you are moving faster. It hars to explain, so I will do so with yet another stupid example...

If you look directly at a conveyor belt while its moving, it will look slow, but if you look at it while moving your head sideways, it will look quicker :P

^ you just gotta love those dodgy explanations :P

If u strafejump, then throw the nade, I think u can make a nade go faster.
Strafejumping makes ur character go faster, so also the nade when u throw it...
Faster nade equals further throw...
Correct me if im wrong

I still like aiming high for the instant explosion
And yeah, there are a few spots where the nades disappear, like in Burgandy, if you're in the MG house with glitch, and are in the MG room, throw a grenade just right out of the room towards the stairs the nade disappears

With pleasure, it's "character" :D

As far as nading goes, I believe bashing just as you throw it does help a bit, but not entirely sure. The main point is making sure you are running fast and jump (so you throw it at the peak of your jump).

that bashing is for sticky grenades ( it will stick to walls, players )
throw and bash will do that
(works in cod1 awe_mod if its activated)
it doesnt increase (correct me if im wrong ;)) the height or speed
