Strafejumping Tutorial - By Die Hard!

It's happend a lot that I posted on forums that I tryd to make a Call of Duty 2 modification, a map, or something else for the Call of Duty 2 Community. But it also happend a lot that some reason showd up that I can't complete the thing I was doing. Now I try to do it otherwise: First I make something, then I show it to the community. Here it comes:

As you know I like to help the Call of Duty 2 community, running a server (I donated a server to CoDJumper), making maps, and helping websites. For that last thing I thought something new: a Strafejumping tutorial! (3 of my scouts helped me to make it). My tutorial should boost the inches you can jump with something like 40. I think that all strafejump tutorials are for beginners...?

mmmh i dont think that ... they are 2 tutorials on hp ... the basic and general strafe tutorial and i think the basic is for beginner cause its easier and the general is for ppl who can still jump but without strafe key ...

Destiny's tutorial is for cod1. So its good to have a cod2 tut too.

A few things though.

1.0 First stand on the edge of the platform with your head pointed like 90 degrees to the platform you want to jump to,

In the demo u point ur head at about 40 degrees :s

Don’t try to do the jump exactly the same as I do, people will call you ‘wannabe pro’

I tried to copy destiny's and lukes way of strafejumping as much as possible, no one called me a wannabe pro

As I said: No-one does it the same, this are you the basics to help you on your way to create your own way.

You need to find your own way of strafejumping. Maybe the person in the tutorial runs an arc to the left, but maybe you prefer it when you do it to the right, so why keep trying to do it from the left if you can jump further when you do it to the right? *sorry for my bad English*

mmmh but there is no different in cod2 ... the basic strafe jump isthe same ... ive learned jumping with destinys tut in cod2 ... ive tried to copy his way 2 strafe and after a few tries i was able to strafe ...

yeah but not evrybody has cod1 and uo like me so its good 2 have a cod2 strafe learning demo =D im not good in english =D

Same technique, but they ARE different.
If they were the same, we would all be jumping alot further. CoD2 jumping is faster, but less distance.

the way 2 strafe without strafe keys ( for beginners ) is the same ...
dunno what u mean ... run in an arc and flick your mouse at the end of the platform and jump at the same time ...
there is no different 2 strafejumps in cod2 ... but it doesnt matter now cause there is a cod2 tut now
