I've had this error before, and the only way I managed to 'solve' it was by going back to my latest backup of my map. I've been working on peds_prison, and it comes up with this error when I try and load it in radiant (I have no backups

):

KS told me about that just now - tried it and it fixed it

Any idea what caused it so I can prevent creating the error in the first place?

Usually happens if you copy a brush and it suddenly disappears... and if you don't notice that the new brush you copied disappeared then you'd get that error when you try to re-open the map after saving it, if you notice a brush disappear after you copy it then just press undo a couple times
