Different Game Community Webbies

This place has been invaluble in increasing my effectiveness at cod. Thank you very much. But i've started to play other games a bit now and was wondering in anyone had any decent community sites for cs:s along the same lines?

Hmm, I don't know about CS:S sites, but I do know a delightful HL2 site (which I happen to run ), http://www.halflifetwo.org.uk

I'm trying to get the community to grow on the forums, as it seems a bit stagnant, so if anyone has the time please check them and post away

Only the game Half Life 2 is pretty cool but Counterstrike sucks

CS:S pisses me off beyond belief. Basically you can only kill people if you shoot them in the head, and it's always dodgy. Having said that, I still play it cause it looks nice

yeah, it does seem completely random whether u kill someone or not in cs:s. I find randomly waving the gun around while roughly aiming at them seems to work best (what a great game). I only play it because a load of other people i know do. I couldn't get past the hoverboat bit in HL2 because it gave me such bad motion sickness i just had to stop. Spose i could have used a level cheat or soemthing.

CS has always been bad

i find that aimng at walls gets me about as many kills as shooting people in the face!

the hit boxes ARE that bad

css one shot usp in the neck = instant death, cs 1.6 usp to the neck 1 bullet = 30 hp left, strange game huh
