HOLY *beep*! WHERE THE *beep* ARE THE ADMINS?!

Okay, I just finished playing on the official jump server. DO YOU (CoDJumper team) HAVE ANY *beep*ING IDEA WHAT GOES ON WHEN NO ADMINS ARE IN THE SERVER?!
IT'S WORSE THAN HELL I SWEAR TO GOD, EVERYONE IS THROWING GRENADES AT EACH OTHER, USING THE TURRET GUN, AND SPAMMING RADIO COMMANDS. I CAN'T EVEN TIME MY *beep*ING 'NADE JUMPS PROPERLY BECAUSE OF ALL THE NOISE AND FRUSTRATION OF BEING KILLED BY MORONS WHO HAVE A NEGATIVE IQ.
Excuse my harsh language but this is beep#ing ridiculous! I have never seen so much chaos and frustration in my entire life.

For the love of god get more admins, or give me rcon because I'm in there alot. T_T
Man if I had rcon I could kick the TKers and change the map when people want a different map, that'd be so cool.

I don't go on there that much coz don't really like the stock maps on cod 2, but i'll try to keep an eye out for killers a bit more.
Things should improve tho once we got a good no ammo/auto kick mod, we need PB for the auto kick tho i think.

ive go there a couple times, yes there are tkers i usually tell them ill get admin to ban em and sometimes that works but other times they just keep doing it and i leave

1. I bleeped out your message

2. We no longer have cod2 servers, so that would appear not to be a problem anymore.
3. There's nothing we could do about it - we'd done our best with the no ammo mod, but as for grenades we couldn't resolve the issue. Just had to keep banning the misbehavours. That's why whenever I went in the server I tended to be a random name to do some undercover kicking/banning.

I have had an idea of how to make it impossible to hurt anyone without removing nades/ammo.
A simple adjustment to the dm code.
The only problem with this would be blocking, if you cannot kill someone, then they can abuse the mod.
So another idea I came up with, was the "push" mod (not yet coded/tested) but would work like this.
If the blocker is standing still for more than 5 seconds, then shooting him would push him out of the way (or maybe it would kill the blocker and NOT add anything to the score).
Obviously due to the lack of a server, it gives me time to actually create the mod (and time is not something my life has much to spare atm).

Yes. I got it all working so far, but I couldn't spawn any bots (kept getting errors :S) so, its not tested with more than 1 person.
The only thing that i havent tested is shooting someone else and not getting a score but things such as the anti-block I tested simply using "iprintln".
