need help with cod4 cj mod

hello
i have been looking everywhere and i couldn't find anything close to what i need
all i need is :
1- ( Shift , W , A , S , D , Space ) and player FPS in the middle of the screen in spectator mod so when players spectate other players they can see what they're pressing , what fps they're using / switching to
2- promod FOV / high FOV ( fovscale 1 and 1.125 and 1.25 ) without the need for !b3 ( some servers have it by just pressing 8 or 9 you toggle between the different FOVs )
if you can't help me with this please point me in the right direction so i can do research and try to learn or find something
