I need a cod4 movement bind

Hi guys! I saw a video in youtube on "How to Zombie Walk in cod4" and everything works, but since I play on my PC, I can't walk slowly, which makes me unable to do the zombie walk. I think if I had a bind that makes me able to move continuously but pretty slow, I would be able to do the zombie walk. I found this bind: "/bind , +forward 0.1 -forward", but it is too slow, and it's not a continuous movement. Any ideas ?
