I will take a look, but although I used to love these games (theme park and hospital), nowadays they are just too big of a time sink.

But seriously, this is the reason I struggle to enjoy the games - trying to work out how to be 'successful'.

Yeh, when I used to play Theme Hospital, it was pretty much the same thing. You make enough money to afford good equipment and some shit happens that requires double what you just spent to solve.

I never really had that problem with Theme Hospital, at least not to the extent as in this game.

Sam, are you award you can get grants if you click at the bottom right?

Maybe I am just shit at these management games, but I am going to use the excuse that I was probably about 12 when I played it. :P

Ok, I had some cash sitting dormant in my paypal account, so I bought it.

Its definitely alpha, I am experiencing bugs during the introduction and as soon as I started a new prison.
Their site is down for me at the minute - so can't check if it is known or not (although I assume it is, as it is very similar to the bug in the video).
