Cheers for the heads up, would of found out sooner or later :P Don't know whether to get killing floor DLC now on -%40 or wait to see if it gets on the daily deal. It's pretty cheap either way.

But it doesn't offer you anything, just skins.

I do got all KF skins though, asked them for my birthday from a friend. But I got 300h played on KF already so I thought it was worth it for a game I played so long.

Yeah I've got 43h play time so far, it's just nice owning all content for a game. Shame you have to buy the gold retail version of the game to get the exclusive DLC.

Anything seem absolutely worth it?

Only a few things I think are absolute bargains, but I already have em.

Such as 'Deus Ex: HR' for £5, 'Mafia 2' for £5 and ofcourse 'Portal 2' for £3.74,
But I have them all already.

Rockstar pack is pretty good if you don't have any of those yet (unlikely). Shogun 2 is really good as well.

Not a big fan of GTA4 at all, but interested in Max Payne (and sorta Noire), but the download of both is just way too much for my internet speed, I would be downlaoding for weeks. They are SP games, so will come back to them in a few months in a bargain disc sale.

As for Shogun, I have tried it and it was pretty good, I couldn't get in to as much, not a big strategy style gamer.

Noire is as poorly optimized as GTA4. The driving is the same, but you almost never actually have to drive, plus all the other gameplay mechanics are completely different from GTA4. It's good if you like crime shows or solving mysteries.

May Payne 3 is good for what it is, a linear third person action game. I beat it 3 or 4 times before I got tired of it. It doesn't necessarily keep the theme or atmosphere of the first 2, but it does enough to tie in with them that it doesn't feel like an awkward dislocated sequel.

There's more skins you can no longer get.

Skyrim is worth that price all year round. Dead Island is meh...

Just picking up "Orcs Must Die - GOTY" and "Tropico 4 Bundle" for rainy day gaming.

Bought Skyrim. That takes my recent Steam sale purchaces to:

Assassin's Creed Revelations
PAYDAY: The Heist
The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim

I'll consider getting ARMA II pack (£20) for the DayZ mod, but only if enough close friends do, otherwise I probably won't end up playing it much.

Have you actually watched people playing this?

It is fucking awful (it is alpha mod) and its not worth any purchase at this stage.

The DayZ mod looked fucking bad.

But I haven't bought anything yet. Unless you count the C&C midweek madness. Bought C&C3 for 3,5 Euros. Had it on CD, but it broke, and Steam is just so much easier.

Kinda got all games last year with Summer Sale and Christmas :P

Regarding Dead Island, it was an interesting game tbh. I enjoyed it.
