how can i manage the admins ? like
master admins =>all options , regular admins => kick and ban
and when they joined the server they can just kick ppl without rcon like wrting !k pc it would kick the player
with pc at first of his nickname
and how can i write the attention note for the master admin when hes joining the server



i'm trying to use those vote that when u write !vote kick player in say
it would start a vote with !yes or !no but i dont know how

You cannot do this with mods, you require a third party software, such as "big brother bot".

i install in my vps with windows 2003 and it says " The application is faild to start because the application configuration is incorrect.reainstalling the application may fix this problem"
and i reinstall it but nothing happed
can i just do the config and put it into my server ????
and errrr !!! where can i find commands for this big brother thing

I have no idea how to set up or use the software, I only know of its existance.
