CoD4 JUMP Crossfe Strike Crash... how?

Hey guys... I want jump but I don't know how... I from Poland and my english is bad... I think that you understand me ; )) I want jump in Crash, Crossfire, Strike or Bloc... I want jump how on/in this video... Do you know how? Plz say me what I have to 'click'... please help.
